Avery von Ringle is an American artist living and working in rural France. With roots in New Orleans and New York, she has travelled the world looking for things to combine with other things. In 2016, after 8 years in the Brooklyn art scene, she became a full time artist-in-residence at La Briche, an internationally run art space in the Loire Valley. There she is working on her latest project: La Nouvelle Chapelle, a site-specific, permanent installation examining the relationship between spirituality and industry.
